Uses
Widely known as ""Plexiglass"" (in the polymer form), this compound is used to make polymers, which in turn are used for building, automotive, aerospace and furniture industries. It is used by dentists as dental plates, hearing aids, printing plates, artificial nail and teeth and orthopedic cement. This compound is also used as a chemical intermediate in organic synthesis.
